still 131.6. i barely ate yesterday. it wasn't good at all.
today i'm at 800 calories. i need to eat something. i'll probably have cereal. i'm just about to do some strength training. i signed up for yoga classes, which start tomorrow. 9am which is very early for me. hoping it shifts my sleep schedule back to a more normal routine. I feel fat even though my clothes do fit better, even around my arms, which are very flabby. I probably lost an inch or two around my arms.
