yoga went well. i'm excited to get back into exercising. i still weigh 131lbs. i want to lose 5-10 more pounds and tone my body. i want to be like an olympic athlete. if i lose 4 more pounds, i'll have lost 20 pounds.

i feel fat and thin. i did yoga in a sports bra and leggings so i could see my body. i am thinner than i thought. when my core is engaged, my stomach is thinner than my chest area (bear in mind this is right after i woke up). but i'm also flabby and weak. i did 20 minutes of light arm weights yesterday and afterwards i could barely hold myself up in a sideways plank position on my left arm.

i'll try do an arm workout and go for a walk or run.
