I'm sorry you are struggling @mountainstream do you think there is some self care you can do? Can you think of something fun you can do? Go for a walk, pet a dog, watch cat videos on youtube, draw some flowers, etc. I hope you feel better soon. It may be necessary to distance yourself from that family member for a little while.
