Yesterday I drank a lot of water and went to the bathroom a few times and got back to my regular night time weight. I didn’t weigh myself this morning though. I had the calzone at 12PM yesterday and then skipped dinner and then I just had a yogurt now. I don’t know what else I’ll be be eating but I’m going to stick to 1200 calories today.
