Quarantine here extended to the 19th at least. The new case numbers still aren't showing improvement. Monday looked a little better, the first time we were under 4,000 for a while, but now we are back to around 5-6,000. They aren't achieving the desired reductions in mobility. Too many people are going out without permits or requesting the maximum amount of permits that they can, for example, to go to the bank, when they could probably do the transaction online.
