Great thread. I am unsure about my response right now but maybe some of the other wise members may have some additional input. Since I think this is an interesting question and if I had time I might write a long response to it with maybe some additional thoughts (unfortunately I am chronically busy of late)..I discovered this thread only today so please forgive the late response.
