I am almost certain a relative of mine fits that criteria. Just a jerk and no mental illness. I have worked all my life not to act out in a way I’ve seen that person acting out. Yeah there are some people who do not have a mental illness but who have severe anger issues and other issues. Some of these people do not even acknowledge that THEY have any issues
