It's a little bit funny how these threads from a few years back come back into fashion again. I struggle with this. Only been diagnosed BP2, but there was a flirt with a BP diagnosis at one point too.

Lately I've been talking about BP-rage episodes. Now I wonder if I'm just a jerk. Both could be true.
