Sorry, Moose. I woke up with a negative loop pathway running over and over again. Had to get myself out of it just to get the day going and sort of turned around. It happens.

Try to do some things you sometimes enjoy, it migh turn around for you. Distraction can sometimes get me on better pathways, happier ones. You just have to get off those negative neural pathways somehow and to do that, you are probably going to have to take some sort of action. Just sitting around may not work, unless you are super good at CBT or something. That can work, too, of course.
