Yeah, I'm feeling depressed myself, but also, there is some anger mixed in, in my case. Sorry you're feeling down too, though.
Try not to sleep too much. I've been sleeping a lot and my therapist said not to do that because it is likely worsening my depression. I know how tempting it is to get lots of sleep, though, because it allows you to temporarily escape the negative feelings. Still, it's not a good idea to do that. My therapist said to set an alarm for wake up and stay up until it's time for bed. The point is to ensure you get adequate sleep, but not so much that your depression worsens. Would you be willing to give that a shot?
I know you might be tired during the day because if you're getting less sleep than your depressive self wants to (I'm currently in this position myself), but don't forget that oversleeping makes you tired too. It's a really vicious cycle when you get too much sleep.
