I am dealing with the exact same thing......

My first abnormal pap smear was back at the end of last year (in Oct I do believe) - my 2nd abnormal pap smear was in Jan 08, so now I am going in for the 3rd test followed by a HPV test for Cancer on May 1, 2008... My doctor thinks I might have cervical cancer and if that is the case we are going to talk about me having a hysterectomy since I had my last child 18 years ago, therefore, I no longer need that darn uterus.
