I feel so desperately hopeless. I have had a week or two with minor ups and some low downs , but omg...I feel so helplessly low right now...I had to come here to post to keep my mind busy. I want to cry....is there reason for me...does any one care..I mean truly care about my existence...I have such a major headache right now...its a migraine and a half...I feel sick I want it over...is there a point to to anything?
