You might be hypovolemic. Push some fluids. It will probably help.
I do get weird sensations in my head or brain or whatever it is and have all my life. When I was a kid and then later, I used to be able to predict when I was going to get depressed, because my whole, like, brain would star tingling, first in the back, then, moving all the way forward. It would take about fifteen minutes and then, I would be depressed for a while. Later, as an adult, the opposite happened. when I would come out of a depression, my brain wpould start tingling again. I knew what was going to happen. I always wondered if I had a seizure disorder or something. And I did have seizures later on.
So, don't know about other folks, but I do think this sort of thing happens to some of us. I always assumed, because of the tingling nature for me, that it was just electrical activity, depolarization or whatever, occurring. Dunno though.
