Hello rame: Although this is your first post, here on PC, I see you're actually an 8 year member. Welcome to the forums! I don't know anything about disinhibited sexualised behaviour myself. However here's a link to a Psychology Today article on the subject of sexual disinhibition. Perhaps it's a place to start?:
