I think it's normal to get anxious around classes. Especially since all classes are online with COVID. Have you ever tried taking a warm bath, coloring in a coloring book (I'm a lot older than you are, and I have started using colored pencils with coloring books to help ease my anxiety attacks when I have them), hot tea, heating pad, listening to music, or watching tv, or going for a walk? Do you have any friends you can talk to?
Do you live at home, with roommates, or do you live alone? Sorry to hear that you are still suffering with anxiety despite being on medications too.
