Hey Azul,
At times when I've felt unmotivated and lacking energy for too long, that's when I've pushed myself outside to go for a walk. To get 'fresh' air (I live in a city so I don't know how fresh the air really is, but still), and I listen to the birds and the sounds of life, even the cars and buses going by. Just walking and observing, contemplating things (good things). I find it has a way of re-energizing a level of positivity back into the self, Azul.
Also, yes, talk with your psychiatrist about everything going on in your life at present. I think you'll start to feel alive again, friend.
Keep your spirit alive and fret not. Things will work themselves out.
