Yes, not very often, but sometimes. I have made authentic Paella Valenciana a few times with Bomba rice, snails, rabbit and the other goodies. I don't have an authentic paella pan, but what I have works OK. I only achieved an excellent socarrat once, but they were all good, despite. I like seafood paella, but don't make it because my husband doesn't like shellfish. I sometimes make gazpacho, but without garlic, because my husband is allergic to it. My mother made a more authentic gazpacho on several occasions. We used to go to a local tapas restaurant, but unfortunately it closed. There is another in town, but the ratings are poor. We've been to Seville, Spain, so ate authentic Spanish food there. Barcelona is on our bucket list. In fact, we hope to go there in September, if the pandemic situation allows.
