I care too. Cry when and how much you need to.
I learned later in life that it is cleansing and healing to cry.
It's not something to be ridiculed or punished for, let alone alienated over, nor is it something to be apologetic for.
I think I might have stored many tears behind difficult emotions for me to deal with, until - this depression hit me - and toured all the pain and heartache I held inside for a long time.
It does get better. Especially after a fresh cry. I don't get how it works yet, but I'm not holding back these tears anymore.
