I have called my pharmacist and told her I’m going to be switched to Zoloft soon. I was right and I knew I would have to reduce the dosage a bit. She told me to reduce the Venlafaxine to 75 mg and take it for one week or a few days and then switched to Zoloft 25mg. That’s why I didn’t want to take the Effexor. My psychiatrist instead wanted me to switch to the Zoloft tonight and she has not responded back yet. I’m feeling very scared.
