I think my mental health is getting worse. I'm not sure if it is COVID, or because I stopped seeing Pastor T, or because it is Summer. I tend to do worse in the Summer. I don't talk to T this week. I do talk to her next week. I did text a couple of friends but I am trying not to be THAT friend that is TOO needy.
