yoga was disappointing, if you're going to set me up to cry, but the session isn't intense enough to build up and then come down, then whats the point of holding some tears deep in my chest?

but after yoga i did 20 minutes of light arm weights--felt good. then went for a 3 mile run, ending with a sprint--felt even better.
