A few times now, in my haste, I have posted and submitted without entering a subject heading. When I went back, the entire post was gone.

What is the possibility of receiving a warning when doing this, or when going back, to find the original post still there?

I must be honest, it frustrated me because I had just admitted something "out loud" for the first time, and when it was lost, I didn't have the courage to re-write and post again.
