I'm not sure what brings on my anxiety. I was under stress and feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I've found ways to cope and it helps. It just keeps coming back and that's the frustrating part. . I feel tired at times, nervous especially early in the morning, have trouble sleeping, and some other uncomfortable symptoms. I've been to my PCP and went somewhere else for a mental health assessment. I had some medical tests done and everything came back normal. They gave me medication for anxiety attacks, suggested counseling, etc. I just wish it'd ease up some.
