Update: Met with my new therapist last week and our next appointment is Tuesday. He seems really cool and he gave me some good tips. He recommended that I try meditation. I downloaded the recommended app but I haven't tried it yet...it's been on my to-do list everyday but I just haven't crossed it out yet....I have, however, started doing yoga again which is good (man, I'm out of shape!)
I also started coloring in one of those adult coloring books. It's a coloring book of Comedy Central's Broad City so it has some pretty awesome pages to color. I've been coloring in the evenings when my anxiety/panic attacks tent to start so it's been a nice distraction.
Hopefully I can start getting a handle on my anxiety and panic attacks soon.
