Hi Crook. I know next to nothing about neurofeedback and have never tried it. I've never had TMS, either, though I have read posts from people on other bipolar forums who have, and they found it helpful. Even if I wanted to try it, I probably wouldn't, because my insurance won't cover it. They only cover ECT and medications. Some of us are at the mercy of our health insurance companies, unfortunately. I hope your insurance covers it. Then you have a real choice.
