Today I made a grocery order from Instacart. I ordered ten 32 oz unrefrigerated cartons of soy milk. The shopper asked if she could substitute some other brand, but I didn't realize she was wanting to substitute refrigerated half gallons!!! So then she delivered these 10 half gallons, which say on the carton they need to be consumed in 7 days. So I had to take a Lyft (it's like Uber but better for me) to the store and return them all. And what do you know? The ones I had ordered were right there on the unrefrigerated shelf! I am filled with hatred for this idiot and rage. I don't know how to shake off the rage.

Then, on the way back, the app for Lyft would not work. I spent 20 minutes fiddling with it at the store, and finally got a ride home.

Then I called Instacart and they claim they will give me $27 credit towards my next order for the returned items, which I do not believe because the store has already credited that. I asked for $20 credit to cover my transportation but they would not do that.

If you had any idea how much it bothers me to have to rely on online programs for things I really need, maybe you could understand my rage. This sort of thing happens with other programs, too, and it happens several times each week. It's driving me crazy.

One thing that helps is to see a movie on Netflix, which is what I will try to do, but otherwise, this rage will not go away on its own.

Do any of you here have any good techniques to deal with incompetence, malfunctioning online programs and such?
