Wow. I HATE when i get a dumb shopper! Usually my shoppers are pretty good. That is a HUGE mistake to make. That is somebody who apparently never eats!! WTH! Or never shops. You would think the app would TELL them what aisle the product is found in. Non-refrig would NOT be found in the fridge!!!
I hope you gave them a bad review. I have only given one person a bad review, and i have been using a service for 2 years (maybe 3, i forget). I didnt get some items, and some items were wrong.
10 half gallons. I cant even imagine trying to return that.
Can you ask them to message you a picture of the substituted item? Mine will do that sometimes. I cant even GET the unrefrig soy milk from Shipt.
