Well for some people unless medications are actually working and helping then Therapy is pretty useless and for some Therapy is never helpful. I know you had a good relationship with the T you had before you moved to Florida.. maybe one day you will find another good fit or maybe you wont and you will need to depend on working on yourself, maybe using DBT books to help you find more routine and structure in your life and in free info you can find anywhere online and of course here on PC...
