Ok,
So i'm having difficulties loosing the weight I would LOVE to loose. I am curently 5'0'' and weight 115.0 and I would loooove to loose atleast 20 pounds just becuase thats what i'm use to being at and I would feel more comfertable about myself and less self consious. But my problem Is i'm having the hardest time ever. Now that It got warm finally I fun and rollerblade 5 days a week but its not doing anything. I need to loose the extra pounds and just maybe a few more :-)
Any Advice?
