Today was the first teletherapy session in which I actually felt comfortable. Well, pretty comfortable. There are a few advantages. For example, I didn't have to drive to the clinic in 100 degree heat with the inside of my car 120 degrees.
My luck I'll end up loving teletherapy, then they'll switch to in person and I'll be a mess
