Thanks bluebird.....all in my dress clothes now, feeling better. However went to take a selfie and realized I’m not smiling at all, sometimes I don’t realize my mood until I see it. Thinking about doing the pencil trick where you put one between you teeth to mimic a smile until you feel happy.
