Are you feeling depressed though? Because I don't think Abilify alone is supposed to be a treatment against depression.

For example, I take Effexor and Remeron (a potent combination and one that a psychiatrist has to take seriously because it can cause serotonin syndrome) plus my antipsychotics plus Xanax.


I don't know if since you technically have bipolar that you're supposed to avoid antidepressants. I think we may have talked about this on here before. But if you're experiencing depression, is there any way you can be on a drug like Effexor or Remeron?

Yeah I'm just thinking out loud in my layperson mind.
