I don't know what to say to be comforting. Everything meaningful in my life was torn away from me 2 years ago. That didn't include a child, so I can't even know how much more that might hurt.

I think you can find a place to stay in 2 weeks. I've found a place to stay in a day, when I had to. Might not be the place that you want, but I think you can do.

It might be a good idea to get another opinion about the meds. When I was in New Orleans this summer, I started "sinking" albeit slowly, and got a pdoc by advice here -- who, was of course, different than the one I'd been seeing in Florida. The fresh perspective he gave made a big difference. My medication schedule was changed so that I could tolerate a larger dose; the one I'd been taking was too minimal to make any real difference, bec. of the side effects I experienced if I took a larger dose all at once. This has made a huge difference for me.

Please accept the love and concern of forum members to help you with these challenges that can sometimes seem almost overwhelming. You will handle them.
