Was listening to a joe rogan experience podcast about the police. I'm not very interested in police. I know it's a mess and corrupt in the US so idk.
I then found a podcast about Dr. Gabor Mate (He went deep into talking about homeless peoples experiences with addiction in Vancouver etc and has a lot of good insights about addiction) so I'll watch that later.
Right now made chamomile tea. I forgot how well it works for my anxiety so I'll be drinking it more often.
I'm listening to songs that I listened to while in Guatemala. I made a playlist of those songs and they give a really neat vibe of being there. It was basically the only time I felt happy when I was a teenager - Those 3 weeks. I want to read a story about someones experience in Guatemala so I'm gonna find a book about it. Then maybe read about Mayan/Aztec civilization.
I'll try and read something that I feel like reading and kind of ignore everything else - It will help with depression.
