i had yoga this morning and i guess i've been eating very little the last few days, plus i had increased my weight and reps for my strength training session yesterday. plus i forgot to put water in my filtering pitcher last night so i had nothing to drink this morning before yoga.

suffice it to say that yoga killed me this morning, and this was not an intense yoga class. some movements were easier, like i can now go from a low lunge to a crescent without wobbling (core strength). but i also had to stop several times. and my legs started falling asleep multiple times, something that has never happened.

so i decided to up my calories today. I'm at 900 so far. 126.8lbs this morning.

i planned for a 3 mile run as well as yoga today. but i'm a little behind in my homework. i might run later this evening. it's a little hot right now. i will push through and run. i love running.

I'm surprisingly sore from last night's ab training. it feels good.
