Thing is when you start feeling off like you did last night you need to have things in place that you do the moment that hits. Maybe print out a copy of what kit and I said and add it to your board? I’m not sure what else would work for you but talk to your T about it. This is how you stay stable.....it’s not that mood changes don’t start to happen and don’t get me wrong they are real mood changes but they too can be changed, nipped in the bud.
