Should I send my daughter to a Christian-affiliated preschool, if I don't plan to raise her Christian?

We will be moving next fall, and she will be 3 years old, so I was thinking of getting her into an actual preschool instead of just the play-style daycare she's in now. But the problem is, all the good preschools in town are run by churches.

But then...at age 3...how much would she really absorb? It won't be a BAD thing, will it? I'll just have to explain stuff when she comes home and asks me "Mom, who's God?"
