I wasn't sure exactly where to put this, so I figured that here was a good idea.
I'm writing a book about a collage-age couple. The guy is what most would describe as "normal" (other than his involvement with the Goth subculture) as he is mentally intact and a bit of an introvert. The girl, however, has borderline personality disorder. I've had issues, but none of them are BPD. I was wondering if anyone who has BPD could give me insight as to what it's like. Similarly, if anyone has a relative or friend with BPD, it would be nice if you could tell me what they're like to live with, talk to, etc. One of the main points of BPD I need to know about are the abandonment issues; they'll play a giant part in the book.
