Some of my favorites are David Foster Wallace, Michael Connelly, John Meachem, the historian, Patricia Cornwell, Greg Rucka, Tom Wolfe, and I love anything written by the NY Times columnist Maureen Dowd, whom I would like to marry, but she is married, so, don't really know how that is all gonna work for me. Plus, I have never met her. I also read a ton of ndewspapers, mostly the Times, The Guardian, Sydney Herald, South China Morning Post, and a few others from around the US, Seattle, Atlanta, etc. Mostly these are places I have lived before. I try to get as many perspectives as I can.
