Well I officially think I might have some sort of tinnitus. For about a year I have heard like a car with base playing music. I called the cops once they looked at me like I was inane. I live in an area that doesn't really have any potentials. Most of the area around me is forest.
I assumed it was a neighbor, but still, seemed strange I could hear it all night. Who plays music all night? Then I assumed maybe someone was doing construction at night. But none of my neighbors seemed to notice it.
But last night my power went out -- it was wide spread - and I could still hear it loud and clear.
The only thing is that I don't feel like I hear it when I get in my car. But I have considered maybe the car is too noisy for me to hear it.
What could cause a constant base like music sound? Any thoughts?
