Have you started to write up a plan on how best to allow you to slip back into living on your own and stay healthy physically and mentally ?
Maybe try to put structure into your daily life to help with stability..
Get up at X
Do XYZ daily
Plan/prepare meals
Exercise daily
List of distractions if you need them
Some people can just " wing it" but for me at least , I need structure and things on my schedule daily to do.. I physically have a list and I love crossing off things on paper.. its a mental thing, but it works for me.
