Memantine gave me my first experience in stability. I don't remember if it was for 2 or 3 years. I think a lot of family stress destabilized me and then I couldn't get stable again until I got back on the zoloft.

Unfortunately destabilization also ended up in another hospitalization too. Hopefully I can avoid that again for a few more years.

I rapid cycle when unstable these past years.

As far as the NAC goes. I don't really know if it does anything noticeable for me or not. My pdoc wants me taking it so I do.
