There's 288 possible and, like Katie, says, the lower your score the better. I mostly only have physical/lifestyle problems these day and score in the 20's. I would just look at the areas that you have difficulties with (each area is on a 100 point scale) and if you have anything over about 40-50, I'd concentrate on figuring out how to work on that/those area(s) the most.
But if you have 9 areas with 10 each and another with only 5, that's a score of 95 but would be much different than if you have 2-10's and a 25 and a 50. So look at both the pattern and the "amounts".
