People in a state of significant depression suffer the same issues. My pdoc says it is prefrontal cortex that can be fixed sometimes by tweaking the Abilify dose, since it has that unusual partial agonist thingy going on, or the Provigl/Nuvigil category of non-euphira inducing stimulants, or the Adderall family. I just upped my Abilify to a couple different levels from 10 to try to create this for myself and it has not worked.
