Whatever, we all know that sleep trouble is huge in almost all bipolar people. Is it a problem in schizophrenia? I do not know.

Too much sleep or too little....my standard sleep was ten hours a night for most of my life, sucks until you start going without sleep then it’s a gift....for me in addition to whatever I’ve got going with bipolar I have a mutation in a gene called clock that regulates circadian rhythm....
