Just made my strawberries and raspberries for shortcake! Oh so it’s going to be with pound cake and canned whip cream but still fresh berries!

My parents used to have a strawberry patch when I was young....never really needed to add sugar. These ones get a dusting to macerate though and then they’re just like the good old days. If you make fresh cake for this, recommend adding coconut [emoji39]
