I hate tears, why do I always have to cry. I hate myself for being such a wimp. She made me cry today I know she meant well and like she said I need to cry cause it doesn't help keeping things inside but I feel terrible. And I think I'm going to cry again. I'm so mad at me, I should never have open up like that. Now I feel crappy and vulnerable. My hands are shaking and I need to calm down. I better go to bed before I do something terrible.
