I might throw my alprazolam away and keep 4x 0.5mg (In case I have a dissociative flashback - 3 of them can be used for a massive one with 1 left).

I'm going to tell my doctor about this and if I use up the 2mg due to normal anxiety, he can prescribe again, 14x 5mg diazepam to taper off.

Then he can prescribe 20x 1mg lorazepam for possible dissociative flashbacks.

I should have just stayed under doctors supervision. But so far I have this all under control - I was just so damn scared of those panic attacks. I'll speak about this to him when I get the scar tissue on my shoulders looked at from the injections.

I'll drink chamomile tea for regular anxiety instead because that works really well.
