I had a yogurt for breakfast. Then I had this Japanese lemon Coke. I couldn’t read the ingredients on the back since most of it was in Japanese. It said something like 32k cal but I wasn’t sure so I just put it at 240 calories which is what a regular 20 oz Coke would be. Then I had a couple pieces of cod and some fries for lunch. I just had a coconut iced tea with Splenda right now. So far I’m right at 1200 calories give or take for the Coke.
