I have finally asked my t to work with me on my SI (I really REALLY need to stop) and she is beginning CBT with me. I have read a bit about this here (well, in the psycotherapy forum I think, but here at PC anyway) and I am wondering if anyone HERE (!!) has used it for their SI behaviours, and if so was it successful? How many sessions did it take (I imagine it will be ongoing but she has committed the next 6 sessions to it)? Any info/feedback +ve or -ve greatly appreciated thanks
